Overview

Every small church is in a lifetime battle in finding teachers to fill the need for Sunday School classes, small groups, or home groups, then the battle is confounded with a responsibility to train the teacher to excel in service to the Lord. If God has called the teacher, and the church has recognized that call and assigned the teacher to a class, it is imperative that some training take place. This small book is far from an exhaustive teacher training program for the church, but it is a start, a beginning that can easily be built on and ultimately be the starting point for training up a servant teacher.
